How to make Gwar Phali ki Sabzi – simple dry sabzi with Indian spices
 
Ingredients:
Cluster Beans (Gwar Phali) – 500g (from Bhole Fruits and Vegetable for ₹46)
Mustard oil, cumin seeds, hing (asafoetida), turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, salt, amchur (dry mango powder), water

Method:
Wash, trim ends, and cut the cluster beans into 1-inch pieces.
Boil them in salted water for 5–6 minutes, then drain and set aside.
Heat mustard oil in a kadhai. Add cumin seeds and a pinch of hing.
Add the boiled guar phali and all the dry spices – turmeric, red chili, coriander powder, and salt.
Sauté on medium flame until well coated and slightly crispy.
Sprinkle amchur at the end, mix well, and turn off the heat.
 
Pairs With: Chapati, dal-rice, or curd.
