Kiwi Salsa
Serves: 2–3
Ingredients:
Kiwi – 2 (peeled and finely chopped)
Tomato – 1 medium (finely chopped)
Red onion – 1 small (finely chopped)
Green chili – 1 (finely chopped)
Fresh coriander – 2 tbsp (chopped)
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Salt – to taste
Black pepper – ¼ tsp
Method:
Combine kiwi, tomato, onion, chili, and coriander in a bowl.
Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix gently.
Chill for 10 minutes and serve with nachos or as a topping for grilled paneer or chicken.
Pairs With: Tacos, tortilla chips, grilled meats
2. Kiwi Yogurt Parfait
Serves: 2
Ingredients:
Kiwi – 2 (peeled and sliced)
Hung curd or Greek yogurt – 1 cup
Honey – 2 tbsp (or to taste)
Granola or muesli – ½ cup
Chia seeds – 1 tsp (optional)
Method:
Mix yogurt with honey.
In a glass, layer yogurt, kiwi slices, and granola.
Repeat layers and top with chia seeds.
Serve chilled.
Pairs With: Breakfast or post-workout snack
3. Kiwi Chutney
Serves: 3–4
Ingredients:
Kiwi – 2 (peeled and chopped)
Mint leaves – ½ cup
Coriander – ½ cup
Green chili – 1 (optional)
Ginger – ½ inch
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Cumin powder – ½ tsp
Salt – to taste
Method:
Blend all ingredients into a smooth chutney.
Taste and adjust salt or lemon as needed.
Refrigerate and serve as a dip or side.
