Kiwi Salsa

Serves: 2–3

Ingredients:

  • Kiwi – 2 (peeled and finely chopped)

  • Tomato – 1 medium (finely chopped)

  • Red onion – 1 small (finely chopped)

  • Green chili – 1 (finely chopped)

  • Fresh coriander – 2 tbsp (chopped)

  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp

  • Salt – to taste

  • Black pepper – ¼ tsp

Method:

  • Combine kiwi, tomato, onion, chili, and coriander in a bowl.

  • Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix gently.

  • Chill for 10 minutes and serve with nachos or as a topping for grilled paneer or chicken.

Pairs With: Tacos, tortilla chips, grilled meats

2. Kiwi Yogurt Parfait

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • Kiwi – 2 (peeled and sliced)

  • Hung curd or Greek yogurt – 1 cup

  • Honey – 2 tbsp (or to taste)

  • Granola or muesli – ½ cup

  • Chia seeds – 1 tsp (optional)

Method:

  • Mix yogurt with honey.

  • In a glass, layer yogurt, kiwi slices, and granola.

  • Repeat layers and top with chia seeds.

  • Serve chilled.

Pairs With: Breakfast or post-workout snack

3. Kiwi Chutney

Serves: 3–4

Ingredients:

  • Kiwi – 2 (peeled and chopped)

  • Mint leaves – ½ cup

  • Coriander – ½ cup

  • Green chili – 1 (optional)

  • Ginger – ½ inch

  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp

  • Cumin powder – ½ tsp

  • Salt – to taste

Method:

  • Blend all ingredients into a smooth chutney.

  • Taste and adjust salt or lemon as needed.

  • Refrigerate and serve as a dip or side.

Pairs With: Parathas, samosas, grilled kebabs
