Dish: Raw Papaya Curry (Kacha Papita ki Sabzi) Ingredients: 2 cups raw papaya (peeled and cubed) 1 medium onion (finely chopped) 1 tomato (chopped) 1/2 tsp cumin seeds 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp red chili powder 1/2 tsp coriander powder 1/2 tsp garam masala Salt to taste 2 tbsp oil Fresh coriander for garnish Method: Prep papaya: Peel and cut the papaya into cubes.
