Ingredients:
3 medium tomatoes (approx. 300g)
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 green chili, finely chopped
1 tsp mustard oil
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander leaves, chopped
Instructions:
Roast the tomatoes directly on flame or in an oven until the skin is charred and soft.
Let them cool, peel the skin, and mash the pulp in a bowl.
Add chopped onions, green chilies, mustard oil, salt, and coriander.
Mix well and serve with hot parathas or plain rice.
