Ingredients:

Mustard seeds, cumin seeds, turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, salt, oil, hing (asafoetida), fresh corianderMethod:
Peel and chop raw bananas into small cubes. Boil or steam them till soft but not mushy.
Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and a pinch of hing.
Add boiled banana cubes and sauté for 2–3 minutes.
Add turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Stir well.
