Dish: Raw Banana Fry (Kacha Kela Fry / Vazhakkai Poriyal) Ingredients: 2 raw bananas (peeled and sliced) 2 tbsp oil 1/2 tsp mustard seeds 1/2 tsp cumin seeds 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp red chili powder 1/2 tsp coriander powder Salt to taste A few curry leaves Fresh coriander for garnish (optional) Method: Prep banana: Peel and cut raw bananas into thin slices.
