Ingredients:
Green Peas (Matar) – 500g (from Bhole Fruits and Vegetable for ₹84)
Mustard seeds, cumin seeds, mustard oil, green chili, ginger, turmeric, salt, red chili powder, lemon juice, coriander leaves

Method:
Shell the green peas and rinse well.
Heat mustard oil in a pan. Add mustard and cumin seeds.
Add chopped green chili and grated ginger.
Add peas, turmeric, red chili, and salt. Sauté on low-medium heat.
Cover and cook for 6–8 minutes until peas are soft.
Squeeze in lemon juice and garnish with coriander.
 
Pairs With: Litti, roti, or can be eaten alone as a snack.
