How to make Bhindi Fry – crispy, dry masala okra
 
Ingredients:
Lady Finger (Bhindi) – 500g (from Bhole Fruits and Vegetable for ₹60),
mustard seeds, cumin seeds, chopped onion, turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, salt, oil, amchur (dry mango powder)

 
Method:
Wash and dry bhindi thoroughly. Cut into thin rounds.
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard and cumin seeds.
Add chopped onion and sauté until soft.
Add turmeric, red chili, coriander powder, and salt.
Toss in the chopped bhindi and cook on medium flame, stirring occasionally, until crisp and cooked.
Sprinkle amchur and mix well before turning off heat.
 
Pairs With: Roti, dal, or plain paratha.
