Fresh green lettuce – 8–10 leaves (washed and roughly torn)
Garlic – 3 cloves (thinly sliced)

Salt – to taste
Soy sauce – 1 tsp (optional)

Method:
Prep the Lettuce:
Wash and pat dry the lettuce.
