Langda Mango Lassi (Sweet Mango Yogurt Drink)
Serves 2
Ingredients:
Langda mango pulp – 1 cup (from 1–2 ripe mangoes)
Fresh curd (yogurt) – 1 cup (chilled)
Milk – ½ cup (chilled, optional for thinner consistency)
Sugar – 2 tbsp (adjust to taste)
Cardamom powder – ¼ tsp
Ice cubes – as needed
Saffron strands – a few (optional)
Chopped nuts – for garnish (optional)
Method:
Prepare the Mango:
Wash, peel, and chop the mango. Blend into a smooth pulp.
Blend the Lassi:
In a blender, add mango pulp, curd, milk (if using), sugar, and cardamom powder. Blend until smooth and frothy.
Chill and Garnish:
Add ice cubes. Blend once more if needed. Pour into tall glasses.
Serve:
Garnish with saffron strands or chopped nuts. Serve Immidiately chilled
