How to make Besan Ladoo with Cow Ghee – traditional melt-in-mouth sweet
Ingredients: Gram flour (besan), cow ghee, powdered sugar, cardamom powder, chopped almonds or pistachios
Method:
Dry roast besan in cow ghee on low flame until golden brown and nutty in aroma.
Cool slightly, then mix in powdered sugar and cardamom.
