How to make Adrak ki Chutney – spicy and tangy ginger chutney (South Indian style)
 
Ingredients:
Ginger (Adrak) – 100g (from 500g lot for ₹71),
tamarind paste, dry red chilies, mustard seeds, curry leaves, jaggery (optional), salt, oil, cumin seeds

Method:
Peel and slice ginger.
Heat oil in a pan and lightly sauté the ginger until fragrant.
Add dry red chilies and sauté for 30 seconds.
Cool slightly and blend ginger, chilies, tamarind, cumin, jaggery, and salt with a little water.
Temper with mustard seeds and curry leaves in hot oil and pour over the chutney.
 
Pairs With: Idli, dosa, steamed rice, or as a spicy sandwich spread.
