Ingredients: Garlic cloves, dried red chilies, cumin seeds, salt, oil, lemon juice or vinegar (optional)
Method:
Peel garlic and soak red chilies in warm water.
Grind garlic, soaked chilies, cumin, and salt to a coarse paste.
Heat a little oil and sauté the paste for 2–3 minutes.
Let it cool, add lemon juice or vinegar (if using), and store in a clean jar.
Pairs With: Bhakri, paratha, vada pav, or as a side with dal-chawal.
