Ingredients (Sweet Version):

Rolled or instant oats – ½ cup
Milk or non-fat milk – 1 cup (or use water for lighter version)
Water – ½ cup
Jaggery or sugar – 1 to 2 teaspoons (adjust to taste)
Cardamom powder – a pinch (optional)
Chopped fruits – ½ cup (banana, apple, berries)
Chopped nuts/seeds – 1 tablespoon (almonds, chia, flax, pumpkin)

Ingredients (Savory Version):

Rolled oats – ½ cup
Water – 1½ cups
Salt – to taste
Turmeric – a pinch
Grated ginger – ½ tsp
