How to make Buffalo Milk Rabri at home – rich and creamy Indian dessert

Ingredients: Buffalo milk, sugar, cardamom powder, saffron strands, chopped almonds, chopped pistachios

Method:

Boil buffalo milk in a wide, heavy-bottomed pan. Keep stirring and reducing on low flame, scraping sides and mixing malai back in. Once thickened and reduced to one-third, add sugar, saffron, and cardamom. Stir well and simmer for a few more minutes. Garnish with almonds and pistachios.

Pairs With: Malpua, jalebi, or just served chilled on its own.
