How to make Raw Papaya Stir Fry – South Indian-style curry (Kachhe Papite ki Sabzi)
 
Ingredients:
Raw Papaya (Kachha Papita) – 500g (from Bhole Fruits and Vegetable for ₹38)
Mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chili, turmeric powder, salt, oil, grated coconut (optional), hing (asafoetida)

Method:
Peel and grate (or finely chop) the raw papaya.
Boil or steam until just tender, then drain and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, let them crackle. Add curry leaves, green chili, and hing.
Add boiled papaya, turmeric, and salt. Sauté for 5–7 minutes on medium flame.
(Optional) Add grated coconut, mix well, and cook for 1–2 more minutes.
 
Pairs With: Rice, sambar, rasam, chapati, or curd rice.
