Ingredients: Buffalo milk, sugar, lemon juice or vinegar, cardamom powder, chopped pistachios
Method:
Boil buffalo milk and curdle it using lemon juice to make fresh paneer (chhena).
In a pan, cook together the chhena and more buffalo milk until the mixture thickens.
Add sugar and cardamom powder. Stir continuously till it reaches a grainy, thick consistency.
Spread in a greased tray, flatten, garnish with pistachios, and let it set. Cut into squares.
