Who are the suppliers on FarmLokal?
We have variety of vendors/supplier on the platform who supply dairy products like fresh milk, homemade paneer, pure desi ghee, butter milk etc
Does FarmLokal check the quality of milk supplied from the farmers?
Yes, when FarmLokal onboards a new supplier/farmer, his address, customer feedback and product quality are checked. Also, if there are negative feedbacks, we remove those suppliers from the platform.
What are the payment options?
You can select from a wide variety of payment options like netbanking, wallet, UPI. Our payment gateway is integrated with almost all the major banks and payment methods.
Can I subscribe for daily order?
Yes, you can subscribe for delivery of milk and other items on weekly or daily basis. You can also order it one time for products like paneer, desi ghee, fresh cream and butter milk.
How would I know more about the suppliers?
When you select the vendor there is information about the products sold by him, customer reviews, price and photos.
Why is the quality of product good?
Products sold on FarmLokal are fresh, with no preservatives. Milk is raw, fresh and obtained from farm animals fed with good quality fodder. We don't process the milk therefore there are no chemical additives in it.
Is the milk pasteurized?
We don't pasteurise the milk therefore we deliver the milk within 4 hours of obtaining from the cows and buffalos. Therefore, we recommend you to boil the milk post delivery
