1. 1 cup plain yogurt

2. 2 cups cold water

3. 1 green chili

4. 1/2 inch ginger

5. 1 tablespoon chopped Mint

6. 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder

7. 1/2 teaspoon black salt (kala namak)

8. 1/4 teaspoon salt or to taste

9. 1/4 teaspoon chat masala

10. Pudina (mint) or Dhania (Coriander) for garnish

Here is a simple recipe for making fresh Chaas:

1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

2. Blend till combined and creamy texture appears.

3. Pour into glass and garnish with fresh mint or coriander.
