Village Organica Desi Khand is a traditionally handcrafted sweetener made from indigenous organic sugarcane varieties. The process begins with boiling sugarcane juice, clarified using organic cow milk, and reduced to raab (liquid jaggery). This raab is naturally crystallized for 18 days in pots and tanks, then cleaned in a centrifugal machine—first with milk and then with water—before storage.
The result is a naturally processed khand with a light texture, pleasant flavor, and a mild, distinct sweetness compared to refined sugar. Free from chemicals and additives, it can be used in tea, coffee, milk, sweets, desserts, and everyday cooking.
