Prakrutimaa Karela Badi is a traditional Indian dish made from lentils like Urad, Moong dal, Ash Gourd, different seeds, spices, and mushrooms. These handmade and sun-dried dumplings are a popular side dish across India, especially in West Bengal, Odisha, Jharkhand, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Uttar Pradesh. Known as Badi Chura, it is prepared by frying or roasting the Badi, adding salt, spices, onion, garlic, green chili, and crushing it all with Sil Batta or grinding with a grinder.
