Kufri FryoM is a medium-maturing potato variety specially bred for French fry processing. This 1 Kg Bag contains approximately 150 Nos of Minitubers. With ~20% dry matter, it is ideal for processing quality. It has low reducing sugars, ensuring no blackening during frying. It produces more than 80% processing-grade tubers, ensuring excellent fry quality with a golden color and crisp texture. Medium maturity with high yield potential (35–40 t/ha), oblong tubers with shallow eyes, ideal for French fries, low reducing sugar (50–90 mg/100 g FW) → uniform frying quality, field resistant to Late Blight and PVY.
