Bhuira Guava Jelly

Jelly is a more sophisticated form which involves a two-step process of first boiling fruit to extract juice and then boiling the pure juice till it sets into a clear jelly. Our favourite spread over Waffles, Scones or Pancakes made from the juice of Himachal Apples. Bakes delicious Apple Cinnamon bars or in a cake. Can be drizzled over muesli or cornflakes to make your breakfast a treat.
