Bhuira Apple Cinnamon Jelly

Jelly is a more sophisticated form which involves a two-step process of first boiling fruit to extract juice and then boiling the pure juice till it sets into a clear jelly. Apple Cinnamon is our favourite spread over Waffles, Scones or Pancakes made from the juice of Himachal Apples. Also serves as an exotic ingredient in Bakes, Apple Cinnamon bars or in a cake. Can be drizzled over muesli or cornflakes to make your breakfast a treat.
