Boiled sweet corn kernels – 1½ cups
Onion – 1 small, finely chopped
Tomato – 1 small, finely chopped (deseeded)
Green chili – 1, finely chopped (optional)
Fresh coriander leaves – 2 tbsp, finely chopped
Chaat masala – ½ tsp
Red chili powder – ¼ tsp
Roasted cumin powder – ½ tsp
Black salt – ¼ tsp
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp (adjust to taste)
Butter or ghee – 1 tsp (optional, for sautéing)
Sev or pomegranate seeds – for garnish (optional)

Prep:
Boil sweet corn kernels until soft (or microwave with a little water for 2–3 minutes).
Drain and keep warm.
