Chocolate Cashew Cookies - Satvik SHG - 250 g

These Chocolate Cookies from Satvik SHG are rich chocolate cookies baked with cashews (kaju). The cookies have a deep chocolate flavour and a good crunch, and the cashew pieces add a buttery, nutty bite. They are baked by Satvik Bakers, part of Satvik SHG, a self-help group. Buying from self-help groups supports small local producers who make food in small batches. Serve them with a cup of coffee in the morning, with chai in the evening, or with a glass of milk for children after school. They are also a good pick for a tiffin box, a picnic or a road trip, and can be crumbled over ice cream or used as a base for a simple dessert. Keep the pack closed after opening and store it in a cool, dry place so the cookies stay crisp. In hot weather, keep them away from direct heat so the chocolate does not soften. Available in a 250 g pack.
