Pahadi Mint is a rapidly growing scented plant from the Mentha family with the common name pudina. Local people from Uttarakhand use it along with different other spices to create pahadi mint salt. Mint leaves contain vital nutrients including phosphorus and calcium while supplying vitamins C, D, E, and A creating stronger immunity in your body. Our handmade process uses Himalayan mint combined with local herbs and spices to produce a final product through Sill batta grinding performed by village women.
