Green Grape Chutney (Angoor ki Chutney)
Serves 2–3Ingredients:
Green grapes – 1 cup (seedless, halved)
Fresh coriander – ½ cup
Mint leaves – ¼ cup
Green chili – 1 (adjust to spice)
Ginger – ½ inch
Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Salt – to taste
Sugar or jaggery – ½ tsp (optional, for balance)
Water – 1–2 tbsp (for grinding)
Method:
1. Prep the Ingredients:
Wash the grapes, coriander, and mint thoroughly. Roughly chop the chili and ginger.
2. Blend the Chutney:
In a blender, add grapes, coriander, mint, chili, ginger, cumin, lemon juice, salt, and sugar. Blend to a smooth paste, adding water as needed.
3. Taste & Adjust:
Check seasoning. Add more lemon or chili based on your taste preference.
4. Serve:
Serve fresh or chilled.
