Green Grape Chutney (Angoor ki Chutney)
Serves 2–3

Ingredients:

  • Green grapes – 1 cup (seedless, halved)

  • Fresh coriander – ½ cup

  • Mint leaves – ¼ cup

  • Green chili – 1 (adjust to spice)

  • Ginger – ½ inch

  • Cumin seeds – ½ tsp

  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp

  • Salt – to taste

  • Sugar or jaggery – ½ tsp (optional, for balance)

  • Water – 1–2 tbsp (for grinding)

Method:

1. Prep the Ingredients:
Wash the grapes, coriander, and mint thoroughly. Roughly chop the chili and ginger.

2. Blend the Chutney:
In a blender, add grapes, coriander, mint, chili, ginger, cumin, lemon juice, salt, and sugar. Blend to a smooth paste, adding water as needed.

3. Taste & Adjust:
Check seasoning. Add more lemon or chili based on your taste preference.

4. Serve:
Serve fresh or chilled.

Pairs With:

  • Stuffed parathas or pakoras

  • As a dip with crackers or papad

  • Alongside dal-chawal or grilled vegetables
