Organic Desi Khand -

Organic Village Organica Desi Khand is made from indigenous sugarcane variety grown organically. The sugarcane juice is boiled and cleaned with organic cow milk, then converted to raab (liquid jaggery stage). This raab is placed in pots for 18 days for natural crystallization and then cleaned in a centrifugal machine using milk and water. Since it's cleaned with milk and water, it's light to digest and alkaline compared to acidic white sugar. No chemicals are added or used in the process. It can be used for tea, coffee, milk, sweets, etc. The Desi Khand is naturally processed and retains all the nutrients and actual taste of the ingredients.
