Matta Broken

Matta broken is the broken rice having the goodness of Palakkadan Matta rice. It is as nutritious as equivalent quantity of full matta rice. Broken size is less than three-fourth of full rice, hence very easy to swallow and helps for easy digestion. It is 100% wholesome and has 0% additives. It is highly rich in nutrients, minerals, vitamins, and fibres. Contents: Broken matta rice. Quantity: 500g. Method of preparation: Boil 2.5 - 3L (11- 15 cups) of water in a Saucepan /Pot. When the water starts to boil, gradually add 1 cup (200g) of washed Tasty Nibbles matta broken rice and stir once and cover with a lid. Cook on medium flame until it is well cooked/ up to the desired consistency is reached, add salt to taste and serve hot /warm.
