Prakrutimaa Masala Badi ( ) | Spiced Lentil Dumplings

Prakrutimaa Masala Badi are spiced lentil dumplings made from lentils like Urad, Moong dal, Ash Gourd, different seeds, spices, and mushrooms. Hand-made and sun-dried by village people in Odisha, these Badi are a traditional Indian side dish loved across many states. Popularly known as Badi Chura, they are prepared by frying or roasting the Badi, adding salt, spices, onion, garlic, green chilly, and crushing them with a Sil Batta or grinding them with a grinder.
