Farmerette Red Rice Cookies are baked with a blend of millet flour, red rice flour and added fibre. Red rice, known as matta rice in Kerala and lal chawal in Hindi, is rice that keeps its reddish bran layer, and its flour gives these cookies a warm colour and a slightly nutty taste.
