Malvani Masala Each

Malvani Masala is a traditional spice blend from the Malvan region in Maharashtra’s Konkan coast, renowned for its bold, aromatic, and complex flavors. It typically contains 15–16 spices, including coriander seeds, cumin, poppy seeds, mace, star anise, cloves, cinnamon, turmeric, and various types of dried red chilies. The spices are roasted and coarsely ground, resulting in a vibrant, reddish powder that is essential to Malvani cuisine, especially seafood and coconut-based curries. This masala imparts a warm, rich, and authentic coastal taste to both non-vegetarian and vegetarian dishes.
