Maitri Udid Papad

Maitri Udid Papad is a traditional Indian snack handmade by Saraswati Mahila Swayamsahayata Samuh at Majale, Tal. Hatkanangale, Dist. Kolhapur, under MSRLM. Made from udid dal (black gram), salt, and traditional spices, these papads are shaped by hand and dried in the traditional way. They are free from artificial colors and preservatives. Ideal for roasting over a flame or frying in hot oil, serve them with a meal or thali. Store in a cool, dry place away from moisture and sunlight; keep the packet sealed after opening. Net weight 250 g.
