Ingredients:

Mustard seeds, urad dal (optional), dry red chili, curry leaves, coconut (fresh or desiccated), turmeric, salt, oilMethod:
Wash, trim, and finely chop the green beans.
Boil or steam them lightly until just tender.
Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, urad dal, red chili, and curry leaves.
Add turmeric and boiled beans. Sauté on medium heat for 4–5 minutes.
Add salt and fresh grated coconut. Mix and cook for another minute.
